Emergenct/Urgent Visits during COVID-19 Closure

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are continuing to provide services to our patients for emergent and urgent cases.

Please go to this page to see the safety measures that we are implementing. 

See below list to see what is considered emergency/urgency and if you think you have such or have any questions, visit this page to contact us.

  1. Any  pain, bleeding, swelling, or discomfort. 
  2. Losing or breaking retainer 
  3. Losing or breaking bite block(s)
  4. If a separator comes out
  5. If any ties come off
  6. If any bands come loose or come off
  7. If a spring (springs), a button (buttons), or a hook (hooks) falls 
  8. Any broken brackets 
  9. If rubber bands come off
  10. If adjustments have not been done for more than 3 months (If we saw you on 2/6/20, then we can see you on 5/6/20 or later)
