We are offering free tele consultation during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

How the Tele Consultation is done:
You will be connected to our orthodontist via a virtual visit. You need to use a computer with camera and microphone or any Android or Apple device. You do not need to install anything. It is all done on a web browser. Click this to find out more about the Telemedicine software.

Our orthodontist will examine you, give you an assessment, treatment plan and cost, and answer any questions you may have.

1. If you are a new patient, please click below appropriate form and fill it out. If you have been to our clinic and wants 2nd consultation or have any other questions, please schedule the consultation below.
